Si Scott first encounter

Si Scott is an amazing at both illustration and typography. I first discovered him a few years back when researching graphic designers, the first illustration I saw of his was his humming bird and I was stunned from the detail of it and the magical shapes and hypnotic swirls. The level of thinking that has gone into the illustration, as all the individual lines join together and work along side each other. The illustrations feel free and very organic, the lines flow so effortlessly it looks so natural and this is why I think it works so well, it doesn't look forced. The level of creativity in each of his pieces are incredible, he is so gifted and lucky to have such an amazing creativity skill like this. I couldn't even start thinking about how you could even develop or change a piece of work like this, its at the top of its game.

Si Scott is a UK graphic designer who is originally from Leeds. He left school at 16 and went to Leeds College of Art & Design, now he is a part time lecture there. He then studied a Degree in Graphic Design at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University. He says that most of his inspiration comes purely from music  "I am constantly listening to music while I work and the lyrics especially. I'm really into words!" http://www.typeforyou.org

The clever images are the work of Dan Fleming, a British/Australian graphic designer who works in brand identity and logo design. These images look like they could be the perfect logos for a future zoo redesign or inspiration for motion graphics on Animal Planet.
